Dear Digital-Rev. You screwed me, and this will not be forgotten. Delivery estimates are for arrival, NOT when you get around to putting the order out the door.
 
1. You estimate shipping to arrive between Wednesday and Friday. You did not post the item until Thursday. We can call your estimates a log of rubbish.
2. Your link for help from eBay to your website 404s.
3. You promised a local contact number for Australia. I click on the link for the Australian contact page. The only text resembles a "this page intentionally left blank to satisfy eBay policies". (See attachment).
This now casts doubt as to whether you have actually paid the customs and GST on the item like you claim. I shall refuse delivery if this is the case, and lodge a complaint with eBay and PayPal to have the transaction returned.
 
When a customer is spending more than $2k on an item, you don't dick them around like this... So don't dick me around like this.
